We are experiencing unexpected connectivity issues with our phone system that is affecting our ADA Paratransit and General Public Dial-a-Ride Dispatch lines.

We are making every effort to resolve this issue quickly and ask for your patience as we work to establish a higher level of telephone service for our passengers.

If you experience difficulty getting connected with Dispatch, please:

  • Leave a voicemail or call Customer Service at (707) 648-4666 to request your trip.
  • We will return your call the same day to schedule your trip.

Ride LOCAL and save! December 21-31, 2013

From Saturday, December 21, 2013 to Tuesday, December 31, 2013 riders on all local routes will pay $1 for day passes and $0.25 cash fares (per boarding).

Promotional passes are available for purchase on board local buses only.

Reduced fares are not offered or valid for paratransit buses, general public dial-a-ride or multi-zone routes.

Effective Monday, December 9, 2013

Stops along Maritime Academy Dr., Country Lane Dr., and Seaport Dr. will not be served due to construction on Maritime Academy Drive that is expected to last two weeks. Service will resume when construction is complete.

Rider Alert: Bus Detour due to Mad Hatter Holiday Festival

Effective Saturday, December 7, 2013

Starting at 7:00 AM on December, 7th, Routes 2, 4, and 7 will be detoured around the Mad Hatter Holiday Festival. Normal service will resume Sunday, December 8th.

 

  • Routes 2 and 4 (inbound trips) will run via Florida & Mare Island Pkwy.
  • Routes 4 (outbound trips) and 7 will run via Maine instead of York.

The VTC will continue to operate scheduled buses.
