We are experiencing unexpected connectivity issues with our phone system that is affecting our ADA Paratransit and General Public Dial-a-Ride Dispatch lines.

We are making every effort to resolve this issue quickly and ask for your patience as we work to establish a higher level of telephone service for our passengers.

If you experience difficulty getting connected with Dispatch, please:

  • Leave a voicemail or call Customer Service at (707) 648-4666 to request your trip.
  • We will return your call the same day to schedule your trip.
