Conveniently located on the corner of Curtola Parkway and Lemon Street in Vallejo, parking at SolTrans Curtola Park & Ride Hub is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Please note that there are currently no ticket sales available onsite. Day Passes may be purchased onboard the bus, or visit SolTrans Fare Structure, How and Where to Purchase Tickets.

Daily Permit: $3.00
- Locate a space and park before paying.
- Pay at on-site Pay Stations or through the ParkMobile App (available through Google Play or the Apple App Store.) There are six debit/credit Pay Stations, one also accepts cash. For Pay Station locations, please see the Site Map.
- After you make your payment, that’s it! You’re on your way. There is no need to return to your vehicle.

How much are Daily Permits and where can I purchase them?
Daily Permits are $3. You can purchase them through the ParkMobile App available for Android and iOS or at one of the six Pay Stations located at the SolTrans Curtola Park & Ride Hub. Click here for site map.
Can I purchase daily permits in advance?
No, daily permits should be purchased after you park your car to ensure a space is available.
Do I have to pay for parking on the weekend?
Yes, parking is enforced seven days a week.
If I want to park just for the day, where do I park?
You can park in any of the Daily Permit spaces designated by signs and on-site staff. After 10 am daily, all spaces (including Monthly Permit spaces) will be available to anyone.
How much are Monthly Permits and where can I purchase them?
Monthly Permits are $40/Month. You can purchase them at the SolTrans Parking Page
When can I purchase a Monthly Permit?
Monthly Permits can be purchased on the 25th of the preceding month. For example, monthly permits for July will be available for purchase on June 25th.
Am I guaranteed a Monthly Permit?
Initially, 290 Monthly Permits are issued on a first-come, first-served basis. After purchasing a Monthly Permit, you will have the option to sign up for automatic renewal. If automatic renewal is chosen, you will have priority for the following month.
What can I do if all the Monthly Permits are taken?
On the SolTrans Parking Page you will have the option to be placed on a waitlist. When a Monthly Permit becomes available, you will be notified via email and have the opportunity to pay at that point.
I have a Monthly Permit, where do I park?
You can park at any of the Monthly Permit parking spaces designated by on-site staff and signs. NOTE: Open Monthly Permit parking spaces will become available to all customers at 10 am every day.
Do I have to display a tag or receipt?
No. Permits are tied to the license plate number of the vehicle parking in the lot. Permits placed on the dashboard are not considered valid proof of payment.
I don't have a license plate, what do I do?
If you do not have a license plate, you must enter the last seven digits of your VIN.
I've registered multiple cars for my Monthly Pass, how does that work?
Only one vehicle may be parked in the lot at a time. If more than one vehicle with the same Monthly Permit is parked, one or both of the vehicles may get ticketed.
I received a parking ticket today even though I have a valid permit. How do I get the ticket removed?
Permit holders that believe they have mistakenly received a ticket should contact the Vallejo Police Department, Parking Citations Division at 707-651-7172. The request for an initial review must be made within 21 days of when the citation was created.
How do I manage my Monthly Permit Account?

Do I have to pay additional fees to use the Electric Vehicle charging Stations? Are there time limits?
No, there are no additional fees or time limits.
Will there be security on-site?
Yes, security will be on-site from 7am – 7pm, Monday through Friday. There is 24/7 security camera surveillance on site. Also, SP+ will have staff managing the site from 4am – 8pm M-F.
Who is SP+?
SP+ is a diverse provider of professional parking, facility maintenance and event logistics services. They will be providing management services for the site and providing parking and maintenance ambassadors.
I want to purchase a monthly pass, but I do not have internet access or a debit/credit card. What can I do?
At this time, we are only accepting debit and credit card payments.
Per Vallejo Municipal Code 8.20.170, oversized vehicles and trailers are not allowed to park in any parking lot within the City. An oversized vehicle is classified as any of the following;
- A gross weight in excess of 6,000 pounds
- An overall length in excess of 21 feet
- A house or truck trailer
If a vehicle takes up more than one parking stall but does not meet the above requirements of an oversized vehicle, the customer must pay for the amount of parking stalls that are used.
Disabled Person Parking
Disabled Person Parking Placard and License Plate owners are subject to parking permit fees. For information regarding Disabled Person parking, please visit the DMV website.
