EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR – SolTrans seeks a dynamic and visionary Executive Director/CEO. The new Executive Director/CEO will report directly to the Board of Directors and will be responsible for the planning, organization, supervision, and direction of all transit services. Working with a small direct staff group and with contracted service providers, SolTrans is poised for a strong future of exciting growth.

SolTrans’ new Executive Director/CEO must possess outstanding leadership qualities, a history of innovative and strategic management, and a high level of energy.  The successful candidate will bring knowledge of transit funding sources, new transit technologies and service approaches, and be an excellent communicator who is effective in building collaborative relationships. The new Executive Director must possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to seek out opportunities to collaborate with partners. The new leader must know how to craft solutions and present options that can help find common ground, facilitate constructive dialogue, and deal positively with competing perspectives and ideas. Experience working with and for governing boards, councils, or commissions is highly desirable.

CDL Driver Position  National Express is seeking qualified drivers for Fixed Route and Paratransit services.  Drivers will operate a transit bus and transport passengers safely in accordance with county, local, state and federal laws. This position requires a commercial driver license (CDL) prior to operating routes.  Qualified candidates will be able to work any schedule and remain professional under pressure.
